Demo Parameters

Remember this is just a demonstration designed to illustrate the basic principles of Orbit Web Spider's operation. In order to shorten the time between the addition of your site and its appearance in the test search results, we have limited the operational scope of the test. These constraints are:

  • The test does not process links which lead out of the site you've entered.
  • The test processes a maximum of 50 pages per domain in one crawl cycle.
  • The test accepts a maximum of 100 links per page in one crawl cycle.
  • The test accepts a maximum of 200 links per site.
  • The test does not re-index pages that have already been processed once.

Please note: Only the top-level page from the host is necessary; you do not need to submit each individual page. Orbit Web Spider will easily find the rest.
